St. Michael’s House (SMH) approached me in 2022 to work for them on a project called Sleep Kit. I worked closely with the CAMHS-ID and MH-ID teams with funding by the HSE and Spark Innovation Programme to develop the project. The outcome was a motion graphic film.
In SMH, they recognise the importance of good quality sleep for everyone they support.
This resource is for anyone who would like to learn more about how to improve their sleep, or the sleep of someone they care for.
With the help of Orla Owl, this video helps us to learn more about sleep habits, including sleep hormones, bedtime routine and environment, sensory needs and diet.
